To help us troubleshoot the source of your problem, please email trafficops@sopbs.org with the information below:

  1. Your name, e-mail, and phone number
  2. When did you stop receiving service?
  3. In what town or area do you live?
  4. How do you receive our signal?
  • Over the air with an antenna? Indoor antenna or outdoor
  • Cable service? Provider name (e.g Spectrum, Other)
  • Satellite? Provider name (Dish, DIRECTV, Other)

Our engineer will try to locate the issue and contact you within 48 hours.

Reception Tip:

SOPBS and many other local stations use high-band VHF and UHF broadcast channels. However we do have a couple of low-band VHF channels covering the Prospect and Williams area. Some of the high consumer rated and popular DTV antennas available simply won't work to receive a fair number of the channels in Southern Oregon because they don't receive both VHF and UHF signals.  MORE INFO.
